RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospecting and selling life and individual investments insurance
- Identifying prospects through various sales channels especially cold calling and networking
- Consistent activity to exceed sales targets
- Visiting potential clients and assessing corporate insurance requirements
- Designing adequate covers and providing appropriate consultations
- Preparing proposals and conducting presentations
- Organize and follow-up on internal servicing teams
- Manage/secure renewals and establishing relationship with customers
- Following up on collection of payment
- Participating in sales meetings and appraisals
- Attending Job related trainings and events to maintain and develop skills and knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the sales and marketing of life insurance will be an added benefit
- Customer Service or Relationship officers who have worked in banks
- Ambitious with ability to work under pressure
- Motivated, enthusiastic and result focused
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Continuously demonstrate problem solving/positive attitude
- Successful candidates should be trustworthy, confident and have a winning attitude
